How does Flyout work?

 Find an rooms that best matches your group's objectives. 

Use the home page to find your rooms – just enter your list location..

  Book it

The rooms provider(Host) has 2 ways of listing the rooms:

1. REQUEST NOW – rooms are available on request. You will only be sent a payment link if the provider approves your booking request. The provider has 24 hours to respond. If your booking is not confirmed within 24 hours, you will receive a notification
2. BOOK NOW – you will be charged immediately which also means the booking is confirmed.

 Connect human again!

Once your booking has been successful you will receive an email notification. Afterwards you can keep in touch with the provider through our platform. Bring your group or team together to spend an unforgettable and purposeful time. And after the rooms don't forget to share your experience by leaving a review on our platform.

Are you an rooms provider company or a talented individual that can serve to groups of people and want to make side earning? Signup with WeWent and complete your Rooms Provider profile. To list your rooms you just need to provide a good description, upload photos or videos, set your price, rooms availability and assign to it appropriate rooms categories and objectives
And don’t forget that we take commissions on successful bookings only!

 Stay Connected 

Answer bookers’ inquiries using the onsite messaging system.

 Confirm 

Once you receive a booking request, go ahead and confirm or decline it. Unless, you have listed your rooms as an Instant Booking, you have 24 hours to do that. Connect to the booker through onsite messaging system to clarify rooms details.

 Provide

Make it as engaging an experience as possible for the group. Enable teams, friends and families to spend purposeful time together. And of course inspired participants will leave great reviews on our Flyout page!
